SandFest Photo Contest  We want to thank everyone who entered our Photo Contest. THANKS!
Rules: 1. There are two different categories: Adults and YouthYouth (First, Second, and Third Place) Adults (First, Second, and Third Place) Additionally there will be a prize for the Funniest Photo and the Best People Photo. 2. All photos must have been taken by the person submitting the entry and must have been taken at SandFest 2008 (April 18, 19, 20, 2008 ). They can be of anything at the event, such as the sand sculptures, sculptors working, the people, beach... 3. All photos must have been taken from outside the protected boundaries of the sculpture’s plots. In other words, you can not go inside the plot lines to take photos. 4. Photos become the property of SandFest and can not be returned so keep your negatives. 5. The Master Sculptors are busy trying to complete their work before their deadline so please do not distract them nor ask them to pose. 6. There is a $2 entry fee for each photo entered. Make checks payable to SandFest. 7. Photos can be no larger than 5" x 7.” Photos can be send electronically with an email to: TexasSandFest@yahoo.com. Type your name and the names of the photos. You will still need to send in the registration form and the $2 entry fee per photo submitted. 8. Awards: Certificates and cash prizes
will be awarded. 9. All Judge’s decisions are final. 11. Entries may be dropped off at SandFest or mailed to the
following address but MUST BE POST MARKED
BY MAY 5, 2008! 12. Winners will be announced May 15 and
will be on our web site at www.TexasSandFest.com. |
